ZENTROPIX Studio ("we", "our", or "us") developed the Neon Void application as a Commercial game. This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information and sensitive device data.
We are committed to providing a pure, offline arcade experience. Neon Void does NOT collect, store, process, or transmit any personal data, sensitive device data, or location data. All gameplay progress is saved locally on your device and is never uploaded to any external servers.
Neon Void is designed to be safe for all audiences, including children under the age of 13. Because our application does not connect to the internet to share data, we do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under 13, nor do we collect information from users of any other age. We are fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Neon Void is a premium, paid application. We guarantee that there are zero advertisements, no third-party ad networks, and no analytics tracking SDKs embedded within the game. Your gameplay is entirely private.
Our game operates without requiring any sensitive device permissions. We do not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or storage outside of the standard local save files required for the game to function.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
